Extensive Manufacturing Capabilities
To provide accurate on-time delivery, Poitras Foundry has developed a plant-wide contingency plan. Dual independent melt shops, sand systems and molding departments have been installed to assure optimum operating efficiency. An ongoing maintenance program and continual plant improvements ensure our capabilities for the future.

Advanced Technical Services
The
company has the ability to exchange data to and from various engineering
software platforms (ProE, Solidworks, AutoCad, Catia, etc). Pattern fabrication
is performed using the latest tooling technology available. Five axis CNC
machining centers allow us to manufacture more complex pattern shapes. Pattern
maintenance is rigorously performed for superior casting production and finish.
